1. Place Your Order:
- After placing your order, I will send you my address.

2. Send Your Materials:
- Ship the cremains, fur, hair, fabric, or other materials to my address via registered post.
- If you are in the West Midlands area, we can arrange for you to hand deliver the materials.

3. Processing and Return:
- I will create your chosen piece using the materials provided.
- Any unused materials will be returned to you via registered post along with your finished piece.
- If you are in West Midlands area you can also opt to collect your finished piece and any remaining materials in person.

4. International Shipping:
- Don't worry if you are not based in the uk I ship worldwide.

Upon placing your order I kindly ask that you provide your mailing address so I can send my details to you. Following this you can send your cremains by tracked post or if you live local to me we can arrange collection
Upon receiving the cremains I will encapsulate them into the resin. Any unused cremains / fur/hair will be returned with your finished piece. The finished piece can be either posted or collected whichever you prefer.
I fully understand how precious these cremains are and will be handled with the utmost respect and dignity throughout the whole process of making your piece
